This is a package horizontal- three pass fire tube steam boiler.The bifurcated furnace tank is semi-wet-back structure. Structural characteristics
1. Adopt horizontal full wet back structure, compact overall layout, beautiful and generous, high thermal efficiency.
2. Adopt micro-positive pressure operation, effectively improve the combustion intensity of the furnace, make the volume of the same capacity boiler smaller, at the same time eliminate the boiler furnace, flue air leakage, improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
3. External integrated finned tube economizer, external independent condenser, compact structure, easy maintenance, the use of the current more popular condensation technology, reduce the smoke exhaust temperature, improve thermal efficiency.
4. Adopt advanced EDA design technology, calculate furnace structure and size in detail, effectively control flue gas velocity and resistance, reasonably make full use of flame and flue gas heat exchange, improve boiler thermal efficiency.
5. The corrugated furnace structure not only increases the heating area but also increases the disturbance of the flue gas, and the threaded flue gas technology increases the convection heating surface.
6. Use frequency conversion water supply and control technology to ensure the condensation rate of water vapor in the flue gas.
7. The condenser adopts special steel with "low dew point corrosion resistance of sulfuric acid", which greatly improves its service life.
